The reasons for the vibration of the kiln fan and the corresponding treatment methods
1. The anti-vibration rubber fixing bolts are not adjusted properly
Glue uses bolts to connect the air base to the fan platform. If the bolts are too loose, the fan will vibrate and squeeze the anti-vibration glue. At the same time, the anti-vibration glue has a recoil force on it, which is easy to generate and resonate, thereby causing the vibration of the kiln fan; The anti-vibration glue screw is too tight, resulting in poor vibration damping effect, and the vibration is transmitted to the fan platform, which causes the platform to vibrate.
Treatment method: In this case, the vibration is generally slight, and it will not damage the equipment or cause the performance of the equipment to be reduced; the problem can be solved by adjusting the tightness of the anti-vibration rubber bolts under the base of the kiln fan to make them tight.
2. Bearing wear or clearance becomes larger
In the long-term operation of centrifugal fan equipment, if the bearing wears, the gap between the inner and outer rings and the balls or rollers is large, the main shaft will jump and cause vibration; the bearing wreath, balls, and rollers will also vibrate; at this time, the general kiln The furnace fan will be accompanied by a relatively strong abnormal noise.

4. Uneven distribution of soot and dust
