High-temperature fans are special fans, specially used in high-temperature workplaces, and their materials have strong resistance to high temperature and high pressure. It is believed that many people encounter damage to the fan during the use of the fan and cannot diagnose it, thus delaying the project schedule. Not only being scolded by the leader, but also deducted bonuses. If the fan breaks down during work, it will delay the work and affect the efficiency. Today, the editor will answer the common faults and treatment methods of high temperature fans, and propose corresponding solutions for each problem.

1) Common failures of high temperature fans:

1. The bearing wears seriously, the axial and radial clearance is too large, the bearing is used for too long, and the balls and cage are seriously worn.

2. The amount of lubricating oil is insufficient or excessive. The oil pressure and oil temperature of the lubricating station have a great influence on the temperature of the bearing seat. The oil supply pressure of the thin oil station is generally 0.15-0.2MPa, and the oil supply temperature does not exceed 40°C.

3. The ambient temperature is too high, and the temperature of the bearing seat of the high-temperature fan fluctuates greatly with the ambient temperature.

4. Installation error The installation of the bearings at both ends is not concentric or due to the error of the installation and positioning of the main shaft, the gap between the end cover of the non-locating end bearing seat and the outer ring of the bearing is too small, and after the main shaft is heated and expanded, the friction between the outer ring of the bearing and the end cover will cause Bearings are hot.

5. The anchor bolts of the bearing seat are loose, and the radial horizontal vibration is unstable. The vibration in the vertical direction is large, and the vibration value of the bearing seat is obviously higher than that of the rigid foundation.

6. The rotor of the fan is unbalanced, and the dust removal effect of the system is poor, which causes uneven wear of the impeller and causes the rotor to be unbalanced; the ash powder in the flue gas is deposited on the back of the blade, resulting in an imbalance; the fixing bolts of the detachable blade wear-resistant liner are loose and fall off. How to deal with these failures?

2)the treatment method of high temperature fan

1. Replace the bearing.

2. Regularly clean the oil filter, the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe should not be too close to the casing, so as to avoid the radiation of the ambient temperature from affecting the oil temperature.

3. An axial flow fan is installed externally, and the bearing seat is blown to cool down.

4. Adjust the installation process and reinstall to ensure the installation accuracy.

5. Fasten the anchor bolts of the bearing seat.

6. If the overall wear of the impeller is not serious, the problem can be solved directly through on-site dynamic balancing; if it is the deposition of ash powder in the flue gas, the vibration can be eliminated by cleaning the impeller. If the fixing bolts of the detachable blade wear-resistant liner are loose and fall off, the wear-resistant layer of the fan blade is detachable. Before dynamically balancing the fan, be sure to carefully check every bolt of the impeller, retighten the loose ones and spot weld them, otherwise it will be difficult to eliminate vibration through on-site dynamic balancing.

In addition to the above situations, when the overall wear of the impeller is serious and more than 2/3 of the wear-resistant layer of the blade has been worn away, in order to avoid the continued wear and cause the entire impeller to be scrapped, the method of surfacing the wear-resistant layer first and then performing on-site dynamic balancing is adopted. In this way, the operation can be repeated, and the life of the impeller can be nearly doubled. The surfacing electrode can be selected according to the base material of the blade, such as D227, R317, etc. are good surfacing materials. In addition, the position and thickness of the surfacing layer should be selected according to the structure of the air inlet of the fan to improve the quality of the surfacing. For example, the fan with double-sided air intake, the part with severe wear is in the middle of the blade, and the weld seam of the surfacing layer here should be dense and thick, which can effectively increase the wear cycle.
