Centrifugal fan installation steps:
The foundation of the fan is required to be horizontal and solid, and the foundation height is greater than or equal to 200mm;
The fan and the air pipe are connected by a hose, the length should not be less than 200 mm, and the diameter of the pipe is the same as the size of the fan inlet and outlet;
In order to ensure that the hose does not appear twisted and deformed during the operation of the system, the installation should be moderately tight;
The canvas hose installed at the suction end of the fan should be installed slightly tighter to prevent it from being sucked in when the fan is running, and reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose;
The steel bracket of the fan must be fixed on the concrete foundation, and a rubber damping pad must be added between the steel bracket of the fan and the foundation;
All fan and motor components are installed on the whole steel bracket, and the steel ground frame is installed on the vibration damping pad at the top of the foundation, and the vibration damping pad uses a porous rubber plate;
The pipe diameter of the fan outlet can only be enlarged, not smaller, and then the air outlet should be installed with an insect-proof net, and a weather cap must be added when the wind is biased upward.
